Project Description
One of my main passions is traditional print processes, specifically screen printing. These totebags all started out as an illustration, and have turned into the best selling items in my Etsy shop. Some of my favorites are my “Doodle Dude” totes and my “Strong Women Create Strong Women” design which included a matching sticker and Strong Woman guide which doubled as a print.
Programs Used
The main goal of these projects were to combine illustration with a tangible, sellable, and ecofriendly product.
The main audience of my Etsy shop is young women, so a lot of my designs feature feminine empowerment. My totebag designs feature my own illustrations, so anyone who likes this style would enjoy these totebags.
There are no specific deadlines for these projects, but they take me anywhere from a few hours to a few days to design. Once designed, the screen printing process takes about a week.
The final deliverables are the totebags themselves, but many of my products come with matching stickers, prints, or other goodies.
