Project Description
The Metamorphosis project is a passion project I did over the summer. I wanted to develop a merchandising concept and challenged myself to design for a fictional artist. Using handmade textures and patterns, I feel I created a unique and modern solution.
Programs Used
The main goals of this project were to develop an album cover for a fictional band and then create tickets and merchandise for the band’s tour.
The audience for this project is teenagers and young adults. The fictional band’s genre is indie pop, so anyone who is a fan of that music is also included in the audience.
This project did not have any specific deadlines, but the cover and merch were designed in a few days.
The main deliverable for this project is the album cover design. The merchandise and ticket designs are proposed deliverables for the tour that would follow the album release.
